Date:
Thu, 01/26/2012 - 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Location:
Stephenson Research and Technology Center

In FY 2010, funding from the National Science Foundation accounted for nearly 30% of OU’s research expenditures. 37% of funded researchers at OU having funding from NSF. There are many faculty, postdocs, graduate students, and staff unfamiliar with NSF, its priorities, programs, and guidelines. This workshop will focus on providing an overview of NSF, its priorities, programs, and guidelines, and how to pursue obtaining funding from NSF. Everyone from the OU community is welcome to attend; however, experienced, NSF-funded investigators will not likely learn new information. If you have always wanted to know more about NSF or you have difficulty obtaining funding from NSF and want to learn additional strategies, then this workshop is for you.

Space is limited – please register at: http://ors.ou.edu/workshop/workshops.asp NO LATER THAN January 20, 2012.
