Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science & Technology (OCAST): Health Research Program

Wed, 10/10/2018 - 9:00am - 10:30am
Five Partners Place, Room 3201

Does your research seek to understand important problems in human health?

Do you need funding for the development of an innovative method to improve health care services?

The Center for Research Program Development and Enrichment (CRPDE) will facilitate a workshop focused on the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology (OCAST). The OCAST: Health Research Program workshop will provide participants critical information about the program priorities and the application process. This session will be led by Conner Cox, OCAST Programs Officer.

Primary topics of discussion will include:

  • OCAST structure and program overview
  •  Proposal elements and review criteria
  •  Tips for a more competitive proposal
  •  FAQs

Whether you want to strengthen the competitiveness of a subsequent proposal or develop new products for high-technology health research, this is a great way to learn more about OCAST and how it can support OU researchers.

Researchers from all levels (faculty, research staff, postdocs and graduate students) are welcome to attend.

Seating is limited, so please register HERE.
