Summer Series on Data Resources for Research Assessment and Comparison: Data Resources Regarding Faculty Concerns

Tue, 07/24/2018 - 1:30pm - 3:00pm
Bizzell Library, Room 339

The Center for Research Program Development and Enrichment (CRPDE) will facilitate a series of seminars focusing on how to locate and use data about research performance and researchers at OU. The Summer Series on Data Resources for Research Assessment and Comparison centers on data about the research enterprise, the researchers within it, and the overall assessment of OU as a research institution. The sessions will examine how your discipline compares to others in terms of research outcomes, how to use data to promote your department and research program for recruitment of colleges and students, sources of institutional data to include in grant proposals, and data tools and dashboards that may make assessments and comparisons easier. Dr. Alicia Knoedler, Executive Associate Vice President for Research, will facilitate this session, which will focus on: Data Resources Regarding Faculty Concerns.

Because seating is limited, please register HERE to attend.

For those unable to attend the session, we will be live streaming the event.  If you are interested in viewing via Facebook Workplace, please register using the “Live Stream Viewing” ticket type at least 48 hours before the session as this option requires some initial preparation.  You must use your OU email address to register, and OU Facebook Workplace will send you an invitation to “Join Now”.  You only have to join once, and you will have access to all of the prior (recorded) and subsequent sessions.  After you join, you will be sent a link to access the CRPDE Events page.  Unfortunately, the live stream option is not available to students at this time.
