Research Resources: OU Libraries

Fri, 04/27/2018 - 9:00am - 10:00am
Bizzell Library, Helmerich Community Room (BL LL 118)

Do you know about DMPTool for assistance in creating data management plans?

Did you know you can get help with specialized library research from your Liaison Librarian?

Do you know about Innovation @ the Edge?

The Center for Research Program Development and Enrichment (CRPDE) will facilitate a seminar focusing on resources available to OU researchers through University Libraries (UL). This seminar will provide faculty with information about research data management, ORCID, SHAREOK, Software and Data Carpentry, digital scholarship support, copyright and licensing consultation, data analytics, design and evaluation, scholarly impact metrics, Innovation @ the Edge, and other research-related services.  Whether you need help with defraying the costs of publishing in open access venues or working smarter with data, this is a great way to learn more about the how UL can help.

When:            April 27th at 9:00am

Where:           Bizzell Library, Lower Level 1 (Room 118)

Speakers:       Carl Grant and Karen Rupp-Serrano, University Libraries

Because seating is limited, please register HERE.

For those unable to attend the session, we will be live streaming the event.  If you are interested in viewing via Facebook Workplace, please register using the “Live Stream Viewing” ticket type.  You must use your OU email address to register, and OU Facebook Workplace will send you an invitation to “Join Now”.  You only have to join once, and you will have access to all of the prior (recorded) and subsequent sessions.  After you join, you will be sent a link to access the CRPDE Events page.  Unfortunately, the live stream option is not available to students at this time.
