Research Resources for Educational Assessment

Mon, 02/05/2018 - 3:00pm - 4:30pm
Bizzell Library, Helmerich Community Room (BL LL 118)

Does your proposal have an education plan or required broader impacts?

Did you know that you can get assistance in developing assessments for your education plan or broader impacts plan?

The Center for Research Program Development and Enrichment (CRPDE) is coordinating a series of faculty seminars focused on identifying OU resources that support research and creative scholarship. Each session will include a discussion led by a representative from that unit. Whether you are a scientist, a humanist or an artist, this is a great way to learn more about OU resources that are available to you. Each session will have a “stand alone” format so that participants can attend any or all of them. This session, Research Resources for Educational Assessments, will focus on assessments for education plans and broader impacts, and will be led by the Belinda Biscoe, Associate Vice President of the College of Continuing Education University Outreach, Public and Community Services. Topics will include:

  • Research and evaluation design
  • Data collection and analyses
  • The role of E-TEAM

Because seating is limited, please register HERE.

For faculty unable to attend the session, we will be live streaming the event.  If you are interested in viewing via Facebook Workplace, please register using the “Live Stream Viewing” ticket type.  You must use your OU email address to register, and OU Facebook Workplace will send you an invitation to “Join Now”.  You only have to join once, and you will have access to all of the prior (recorded) and subsequent sessions.  After you join, you will be sent a link to access the CRPDE Events page.  Unfortunately, the live stream option is not available to students at this time.
