The Center for Research Program Development and Enrichment (CRPDE) is coordinating a series of faculty seminars focused on identifying OU resources that support research and creative scholarship. Each session will include a discussion led by a representative from that unit. Whether you are a scientist, a humanist or an artist, this is a great way to learn more about OU resources that are available to you. Each session will have a “stand alone” format so that participants can attend any or all of them.

This session, Resources for Effective Mentoring, will focus on how to be a better mentor and will be led by the Office of Undergraduate Research.   Topics will include:

  • Developing a mentoring philosophy
  • Resources for developing and enhancing mentoring goals and strategies
